What does it take to be No. 2?

Two things remain consistent in the Independent Golf League . . . Adrian Madison High School will win by more than 30 strokes and the same team will not finish second two jamborees in a row. Hillsdale finished second to Adrian Madison at Devils Lake Golf Course Sept. 16. Madison won the event with a 184, Hillsdale was second (221), Onsted was one stroke behind the Hornets and Columbia Central was fifth (230). Above, CCHS golfer Annaka Oudekerk watches her shot head toward the pin on the ninth hole.
